250 YEARS OF OUR NATION EUCHARISTIC PILGRIMAGE

In honor of 250 years of the United States of America, the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage Mother Cabrini Route will take place this year beginning in St. Augustine, Florida and making its way up through more than 18 different dioceses in the 13 original colonies, including the diocese of Springfield. The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage comes to Springfield’s Forest Park Amphitheater for «Ignite»… an inspiring evening celebrating the rich cultural diversity of the Diocese of Springfield. The night will feature witness talks and live music in multiple languages, along with Adoration and a candlelit Eucharistic procession. All Night Adoration and Closing Holy Hour

From 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 18 to 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 19
Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel

All night Adoration will be offered at St. Michael’s Cathedral in Springfield starting at 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 18 until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, June 19. The Latino Catholic community of the Diocese will gather together for a special closing Holy Hour from 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 19 to conclude the all-night Adoration. ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL

The Cathedral of St. Michael has received, as of now, with pledges and gifts totaling $25,922 from 101 donors. Thank you to those who have given to this important appeal, assisting agencies of the Diocese of Springfield who rely on this funding to maintain their various programs, many of them assisting the poor and the needy in our area. If you have not donated thus far, you will find envelopes and flyers at the entrances of the cathedral. Thank you.

La Catedral de San Miguel ha recibido, hasta el momento, donaciones y promesas de donación por un total de 25,922 dólares de 101 donantes.
