CATHEDRAL PARISH PICNIC:
Sunday, August 2nd will be our Cathedral Parish Picnic which will be held on the grounds of the Cathedral. We will be combining all the morning Masses into one Mass at the 10am. THERE WILL BE NO 8:30AM MASS OR 11:45 MASS. WE WILL ONLY HAVE THE 10AM MASS. Following the 10am Mass we will gather in the Bishop Marshall Center and the outdoor grounds outside the Marshall Center. There will be some games for the children and a raffle with some great prizes. Come and join us!
PICNIC DE LA PARROQUIA DE LA CATEDRAL:
El domingo 2 de agosto celebraremos nuestro picnic parroquial en la catedral, en los terrenos de la misma. Unificaremos todas las misas de la mañana en una sola a las 10:00. NO HABRÁ MISA A LAS 8:00 NI A LAS 11:45. SOLO TENDREMOS LA MISA DE LAS 10 DE LA MAÑANA. Tras la misa de las 10 de la mañana, nos reuniremos en el Centro Obispo Marshall y en los terrenos exteriores que hay fuera del Centro Marshall. Habrá juegos para los niños y una rifa con fantásticos premios. ¡Ven y únete a nosotros!
SCRATCH TICKET DONATIONS FOR CATHEDRAL PARISH PICNIC:
A popular raffle prize is the Scratch Ticket tree. Thank you to those who have already contributed either Scratch Tickets or money to purchase them. We would like to raffle off 2 trees. Please place them in an envelope and drop it in the collection basket or mail or drop them off to the rectory. Thank you very much. Deadline is Monday, July 27th.
DONACIONES DE BOLETOS RASPA Y GANA PARA EL PICNIC PARROQUIAL:
Un premio popular en las rifas es el árbol de boletos raspa y gana. Gracias a quienes ya han contribuido con boletos de lotería instantánea o con dinero para comprarlos. Nos gustaría sortear dos árboles. Por favor, colóquelos en un sobre y deposítelo en la cesta de la colecta, envíelos por correo o entréguelos personalmente en la casa parroquial. Muchas gracias. ANNUAL CATHOLIC APPEAL
The Cathedral of St. Michael has received, as of now, with pledges and gifts totaling $25,922 from 101 donors. Thank you to those who have given to this important appeal, assisting agencies of the Diocese of Springfield who rely on this funding to maintain their various programs, many of them assisting the poor and the needy in our area. If you have not donated thus far, you will find envelopes and flyers at the entrances of the cathedral. Thank you.

La Catedral de San Miguel ha recibido, hasta el momento, donaciones y promesas de donación por un total de 25,922 dólares de 101 donantes. Gracias a quienes han contribuido a esta importante campaña, ayudando a las agencias de la Diócesis de Springfield que dependen de estos fondos para mantener sus diversos programas, muchos de los cuales prestan asistencia a los pobres y necesitados de nuestra zona.
