WOMEN’S DAY AT THE CATHEDRAL
On Tuesday, May 13th, Bishop Byrne is calling all women of the diocese to join him for a Jubilee Mass for Women at 7pm in the Cathedral. This is the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima. Following Mass we will have a guest speaker – Dr. Lucy Lu from Washington, D.C. a consecrated member of the Crusaders of Mary. She will be speaking about the dignity and vocation of women by St. John Paul II and Our Lady of Fatima. A plenary indulgence is also granted by coming to the Cathedral which is a pilgrimage site. Please invite all our family and friends to attend.

El martes 13 de mayo, el Obispo Byrne convoca a todas las mujeres de la diócesis a unirse a él en la Misa Jubilar de la Mujer a las 7:00 pm en la Catedral. Esta es la festividad de Nuestra Señora de Fátima. Después de la misa, tendremos una oradora invitada: la Dra. Lucy Lu, de Washington, D.C., miembro consagrada de las Cruzadas de María. Ella hablará sobre la dignidad y la vocación de la mujer, según San Juan Pablo II y Nuestra Señora de Fátima (en Inglés). 40TH JUBILEE OF PRIESTHOOD
Our Rector, Fr. Gary, will be celebrating his 40th Anniversary of Priesthood with a Mass of Thanksgiving on Sunday, May 18th at 2:00 p.m. in the Cathedral. Fr. Gary was ordained in St. Michael’s Cathedral on May 11, 1985. He would like to extend an invitation to members of the Cathedral parish to join us for this Mass, followed by a light reception in the Bishop Marshall Center.
40º JUBILEO SACERDOTAL
Nuestro párroco, el P. Gary, celebrará su 40º aniversario sacerdotal con una misa de Acción de Gracias el domingo 18 de mayo a las 2:00 pm en la Catedral. El P. Gary fue ordenado sacerdote en la Catedral de San Miguel el 11 de mayo de 1985. Invita a los feligreses de la Catedral a acompañarlo en esta misa, seguida de una recepción informal en el Centro Bishop Marshall.

- The Sacrament of Confession will be available beginning at 1:30 p.m.
- Rosary Procession through downtown Northampton (1.8 miles) (transportation available for those who are unable to walk in the procession).
- Chaplet of the Divine Mercy, Adoration, and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament, upon returning to the church, with the Sacrament of Confession to continue.
- Reception to follow prayerful event.
